SPCA’s new Fundraising Hub makes helping animals easier than ever

Launching today, SPCA’s brand new Fundraising Hub is an online platform which is packed full of ideas, templates and resources to make sure every event is a success.

SPCA simply doesn't exist without the amazing support of the nation's animal lovers. The generosity and motivation amongst our communities to help make a better world for animals never fails to blow us away.

Whether it’s a workplace, school or community event, the Fundraising Hub will help people on their fundraising journey with SPCA. It’s a one-stop shop for individuals and businesses alike to coordinate and promote their fundraising endeavours.

From bake sales in the office or getting sponsored to tackle an outdoor pursuits, to holding a school mufti day or running a garage sale… the options are endless!

By raising vital funds for SPCA, you're helping us to create a world where all animals are respected and treated with kindness. And when you invite people to donate to your fundraiser, it can be an essential first step for them to take further action. To fundraise all you need to do is:

Every year, hundreds of generous people, schools, businesses and community groups support SPCA and proactively raise money in a range of ways.

Only 10% of SPCA’s costs are covered by government, and this contribution goes entirely towards our Inspectorate. This means that all the costs of operating our Centres, providing medical care and all the TLC vulnerable animals need is funded entirely by the generosity of the New Zealand public. Community fundraisers provide essential funding help us look after the sick, injured, and unwanted animals in our care.
