Fundraise for SPCA
Every year hundreds of incredible New Zealanders get involved in helping sick, injured, abused and vulnerable animals. By raising funds for SPCA, you can give animals a second chance at life.
Fundraise your way
From hosting a bake sale, running a marathon, or collecting items for our Centres, there are many ways you can get involved and make a difference in your community. Fundraising is easy, and our SPCA Fundraising Hub has all the resources and information you need to get started.
You can team up with your friends, whānau, school, or workmates to share the load and make your impact even more significant. And we will be here to help you reach your goal and make sure you have fun doing it too!
Businesses giving back
Our generous business supporters don’t just provide financial support to SPCA. Most importantly, they help to raise awareness and support our mission with their customers, suppliers and staff.
Fundraising as an organisation is an excellent way of team building, boosting morale and a rewarding way to give back to the community. From giving the proceeds of a product, entering a team into an SPCA event or designing your own campaign, the fundraising opportunities are limitless!
Our team is also here to answer all your questions and support your efforts. Please get in touch with us at events@spca.nz.
Helping animals in Aotearoa, together
Creating a better life for New Zealand’s animals is SPCA’s mission. Still, our work is only possible with the help and support of animal lovers like you. We rely on the generosity of incredible fundraisers and supporters in communities around the country.
When you raise vital funds for SPCA, you’re also raising awareness about animal welfare and the prevention of cruelty to animals. And when you invite people to donate to your fundraiser, it can be an essential first step for them to take further action.
Community supporters in action
Danielle
Danielle, our remarkable young supporter, has become a true driving force behind our mission. When she encountered a distressed mummy cat and her sick kittens, abandoned and in need, her heart led her to take action. Not only has she brought food, blankets, towels, and toys during her visits to our Palmerton North Centre, but she also raised over $5,250 to provide even more care and support to animals in need.
Danielle's kindness and dedication remind us that one person, regardless of age, can make a significant difference.
