SPCA welcomes Todd Westwood to position of CEO
New Zealand’s largest animal welfare charity has announced Todd Westwood as their newly appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Todd Westwood, a seasoned and experienced change leader, brings a wealth of executive management skills along with a deep passion for nurturing the well-being of individuals within an organisation. His career spans numerous industries, including Energy, Technology, Telecommunications, Finance and most recently, Habit Health; New Zealand’s largest occupational health, personal welfare and physiotherapy rehabilitation provider.
With a proven track record of leading organisations to adapt to changes, Todd is positioned well to navigate the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead for SPCA. His appointment ushers in an exciting era to lead SPCA’s continued development in an ever changing landscape that will build on its comprehensive commitment to animal welfare.

Todd Westwood joins as CEO on 2 October 2023, with interim CEO Robyn Kiddle staying on for a one-month handover before returning to her governance position on SPCA's Board of Directors in November
