Happy adoption stories
Many of our adopters, volunteers, donors and friends send us stories and photos of the animals who give them so much joy. We dedicate this space to all of you whose lives have been changed by animals.

Moose
I never wanted a puppy, but I was feeling so lonely and would always look on the SPCA page just to see all of the animals online.
Then one day I saw Moose and instantly fell in love. What started out as me staring at his profile, turned into me visiting him a couple of times a week then adopting him permanently! Now he is my best friend in the entire world and I love him with all of my heart.
A casual look online turned into a beautiful relationship within a few weeks and I'm so grateful I got to adopt him with the help of the Masterton SPCA staff.
