She was very shy and scared at first so hung out in SPCA’s staff room to gain confidence, and was soon adopted by her amazing new mum! “Misty has progressed so much while out on walks,” she says. “While she still shies away from some of the other dogs, she has become way more confident. I have been letting her run off-lead in some safe areas and she absolutely loves it, I have never seen her happier! Misty has also been out swimming, and recently chased a stick for the first time. She is slowly learning how to play with her toys as well.” Misty’s new mum says she is the perfect addition to the family and she couldn’t be happier she chose her. “She loves cuddles and I can tell she gets mad at me when I leave for work, but luckily she gets lots of attention from everyone else in the house!”
